Here is my first project. It's a weight loss goal sheet. I wrote down my starting weight in the upper left corner and ending it with my goal target weight. I started at 192 and my goal is to weigh 125. I have lost 9 pounds, I shouldn't had cross off 183, since that's what I'm at right now. Oops. I also highlighted every 5 pound mark as a milestone! It's not actually pounds I will lose, it's just a mini goal for me to reach. Anyway by having this displayed where I can see it, it just may help me to stay focus on my current weight.
I'm also going to try brainstorm some ideas on what else to put on my motivation board!
