Getting Water In Your Body!

  I think I figured a way to get my water in my body.  I like water, but I just don't seem to remember to drink it.  This may also work for those of you who don't really care for water.  All I did was take a 32 ounce water bottle and fill it every 8 ounces and marked it.  I marked it on two sides counting backwards, that way I know how may ounces I have drank.  My bottle is a 32 ounces but I only marked it for 24 ounces (filled twice is 48 ounces).  You could fill it again, (3 times) to get 72 ounces of water per day.  Not me, maybe eventually when I'm use to drinking water on a regular basis.

My First Post!

  Today I start my journey on this blog.  The first thing I'm going to be talking about is my weight journey.  I've been over weight most of my life.  I have trouble grasping the idea of total weight loss. I see it in my weigh in journal every week, but I only see it on Wednesdays.  I need to see it daily, big and bright.  So I've decided to make a motivation board.  My kids wanted to draw too, so here they are drawing along with me...


Here is my first project.  It's a weight loss goal sheet.  I wrote down my starting weight in the upper left corner and ending it with my goal target weight.  I started at 192 and my goal is to weigh 125.  I have lost 9 pounds, I shouldn't had cross off 183, since that's what I'm at right now.  Oops.  I also highlighted every 5 pound mark as a milestone!  It's not actually pounds I will lose, it's just a mini goal for me to reach.  Anyway by having this displayed where I can see it, it just may help me to stay focus on my current weight.

I'm also going to try brainstorm some ideas on what else to put on my motivation board!
